CDK TECHNOLOGIES officially inaugurated its new buildings in Lorient (a draping workshop with an overhead crane and a second assembly hall), adding a total of 3,500 m² to the site and doubling its surface area at Keroman.

TEEM, an expert in electronics and electrical integration for racing and cruising boats for over 20 years and the exclusive distributor in France of specialised products, has just opened its online store, accessible directly from its website, offering the possibility to order tinned cables, terminals, sheaths and much more at any time, anywhere in the world.

MULTIPLAST has been selected by Paris Cité University to manufacture a carbon meridian, a sundial that works every day at noon, to decorate one of its buildings on the Grands Moulins campus in the 13th arrondissement.

HARKEN FRANCE announced a distribution partnership with the British brand Cyclops Marine, which specialises in sensors for racing boats.

WISAMO, JFA YACHTS and NOVEM presented a futuristic yacht concept called Aqua at the Cannes Yachting Festival and Monaco Yacht Show 2025, a 60-foot thick-hulled monohull that is ‘innovative, high-performance, silent and energy-efficient’.

PIXEL SUR MER and MDS announced the launch of Exocet FlyingShape, the first industrial solution for 3D sail measurement. Using LiDAR technology, this innovation analyses the shape of sails in real time to optimise settings and improve the reliability of the data used by designers, sailmakers and crews. It is aimed at ocean racing, yachts and superyachts, as well as sail-powered vessels, paving the way for the automation of sails.

HEOLE, a manufacturer of eco-designed and recyclable organic photovoltaic (OPV) textile membranes that combine energy efficiency and sustainability, is currently pursuing an ambitious R&D programme, with prototypes already tested at sea and in real conditions. This breakthrough innovation paves the way for energy autonomy in sailing boats, land and light air mobility.

GUY COTTEN, in response to the new purchasing behaviour of its B2B customers, which has led to a boom in retail order preparation, will implement the Scallog logistics solution in its future buildings in Trégunc in the first quarter of 2026. This solution is based on robotics and will combine performance and quality of work.

GUILLAUME VERDIER ARCHITECTURE NAVALE, in addition to working on the design of two Imocas for Kojiro Shiraishi and Justine Mettraux, has been entrusted by Ferrari with the design of the future Hypersail, a foiler 100-foot monohull that will be launched in 2026 and skippered by Giovanni Soldini.

VPLP DESIGN presented its latest project at the Monaco Yacht Show, developed in collaboration with Global Yacht Technologies: the very first large (100-foot) cruising trimaran, directly inspired by the expertise developed by the agency on the Ultims and currently under construction in CDK’s new production facility in Lorient.
